The holidays are here and I'm sure most of our esteemed members will fall into two groups: those who have been galumphing around the world and those who have chosen to savage Easter with a keen work ethic.


Nevertheless it is doubtless that you will all have done (or pondered) exciting things and I'm putting a shout out for your stories - not just to big yourself up with tales of your globe-trotting, to discuss something that has been bugging you or to enlighten your less medically inclined friends as to where exactly the medulla oblongata is, but also to contribute ideas on what to do (or what not to do as the case may be) with the obscene amount of time we get off each year.

Just to sweeten the deal a little there will be a super-duper prize for the best article submitted during holidays (more information to follow soon) so let those creative juices flow and don't kid yourself that you'll have time to write anything next term because you won't. Go go go!
